Almost 4yo accidents

3 year old (4 at the end of the year)
Never any soiling accidents at home. Very few wetting accidents. Was constipated but Managed with 1/2 sachet of movicol and a type 4 poo every day/other day after toilet sits and encouragement. She is wet most days on pre school pickup. Sometimes will have large soiling accidents at nursery too. She NEVER tells staff she’s had an accident.. she’s getting so sore. Staff think she’s just too busy playing/doesn’t want to stop what she’s doing. The fact she’s happy sitting in/playing in it is worrying me. Advice?

Do the pre-school staff not notice? I'd expect them to be doing more assuming you've bought it to their attention.

If it is just a pre school, then obviously it could be she's just 'too busy' to go, but have you asked her how she feels about the toilets at pre-school? Is she worried about them?

Hi
they do notice sometimes. Sometimes it’s not a full wee/poo so goes un-noticed. I’ve asked them again this morning to prompt her to go. They have been helpful. They think she’s just too busy and doesn’t want to stop doing what she’s doing and go
Have spoken to her about the loo there and she says they’re fine. I’ve even gone in and taken her to them etc
