Potty Training Regression

Recently turned 3yo potty trained a month ago. Took to it amazingly. Was dry by Day 3 and also successfully pooping on potty. He was telling me before needing a wee and has been dry at night ever since too.

However, after his second week back at nursery, he had loads of wet accidents. Ever since, he’s started having loads of accidents at home too. Not big accidents, just a dribble and then he’ll tell me he needs a wee. He definitely gets distracted or is too busy playing to go but I’m getting so frustrated as I know he can do it. I just say “wee goes in the potty, not in our pants” and he repeats it back to me and definitely understands. He just doesn’t seem to care. I just don’t know what else to do? He couldn’t give a monkeys about a sticker chart.

Do I just keep at it and hope eventually he’ll stop? Or is there something else I can do? Do people restart “potty training”? Would that even work?

No advice but my little girl is similar, but a bit older
its usually when she’s busy playing and just can’t be arsed to go
i am hoping it’s something she will stop doing
i mentioned it to her nursery and they said it’s super common, they just don’t want to stop playing etc
