Potty training at Easter?

Is anyone else going to try potty training at Easter? Is 3-4 days enough to get a feeling of whether its going to work? We go to a prepaid swimming class on Friday morning (with 30 min pram walk each way) so was wondering whether to start on Friday afternoon or just start on Saturday? I could also take a few more days off work but would have to do this before Easter and would need to decide soon.

The nursery prompted him well and they did him a little sticker chart. I think he enjoyed showing off as they said he did lots of wees and a poo!
First day DS had accidents constantly. Next day I prompted every 45 mins and he had one accident , day 3 I prompted 1.5 hours - no major accidents and then he started going by himself. I'm so proud of him as his speech is delayed and I thought he would find it hard.

Sounds like he done amazing too! Glad his nursery really
helped him during the first few days

My son seems so happy to please, we have been doing hi 5’s, cuddles and a treat for doing potty stops and he always has a massive smile on his face.

Hope it goes well! I imagine they will be quite on the ball with the toileting surely? My LO hasn’t started nursery yet - do let me know how it goes!

So nursery were really happy that we started training over the weekend and said they would keep prompting during the day. I got really nervous when i picked him up incase it went terribly but he had no accidents at all! We are soo proud of him!
