My 3.4 year old girl. Third attempt at potty training / we are worlds away from last time where she wouldn’t even sit on the toilet. She will tell me when she needs it, happily sit. But the releasing is an issue. She has been a chronic poo witholder and is on daily movicol. Poos normally soft now In nappy. Now trying to hold them on the toilet but the softest stuff is coming out (due to the movicol I imagine) she also holding her wee. She says she “needs a wee” but I suspect it’s a poo she needs as each time she will produce a tiny dropping of poo. Is potty training likely to get easier the more she realises it won’t hurt/witholding get better or am I completely wasting my time 😣
