Potty trainning spots

Hi everyone, my we girl was potty trained in January. No problem, no accidents, basically, she has spots on her bum mainly and around her inner area at times. She's never had this before and still nappies at night. Nothing has changed that I've used . I've got creams of doctors but it helps a bit but still there. I've tried boys pants instead of girls incase it was the lace but no changes . Any idea what it could be ?

Is she trying to wipe herself or are you still cleaning her ? My niece struggled getting all the urine off herself and ended up with spots, it could be that.
Or also detergent ? If her skin is used to nappies and suddenly she has knickers on, the detergent could be too much down there for her.

What are you cleaning the potty with?
It may be a reaction to the disinfectant.

Thanks everyone I've started to wash her bottom area in the bath with moisturizer for doctors morning and night every day and has helped alot some spots are still there but so much better
