Regression?

My 2.5 year old had been day time trained for 3 months or so, with a very odd accident which would be a dribble

the lst few weeks it feels like she is constantly weeing in her undies and not saying anything (enough to wet the pants but no puddle)

have had her checked for a UTI,seems to be pooing when with us. Any suggestions or has anyone been through the same?!

She's probably just waiting too long to go and not quite getting there in time.

If rewards worked well during potty training start rewarding dry pants, encourage her to get there a bit earlier. If she's about to get really engrossed in something ask her to go to the toilet first. Look out for her 'needs a wee' signs (normally jigging about and holding themselves ime).
