Potty training- Mixed success and need advice

My little girl is 26 months and we are day 13 of no nappies.

It’s been a rollercoaster and such a mixed bag- she’s had 2 days this week completely accident free when we have been out doing normal activities but most days she’s still having 2-3 accidents.
When we are at home and she’s naked from the bottom down she does great!
Takes herself to the potty and wees with no prompting.
We have also only had 1 poo accident right at the beginning the rest of the time she happily does them on the toilet.
However, we have a few problems…

  1. Out and about she hates her carry potty and just has accidents instead. Also, when we are out she hates going to the toilet and becomes upset if I try and take her- basically any time out of the house is a bit of a nightmare.
  2. She is really resistant to prompting full stop will not sit on the potty at all when I ask her to try before we leave the house or before breakfast. I tried making it more exciting with stickers but she just became really upset she couldn’t have the stickers all at once 😂 Really don’t know what to do. I am worried putting her in pull-ups for out and about will confuse her and she has made progress so don’t want to take a backwards step! Another issue is she starts pre-school in 4-5 weeks and I don’t think they will be happy if she’s still having that many accidents.

Any tips or words of solidarity?

Sorry OP no tips. I have 3 and all were trained in a week with no accidents (except overnight) but mine were older when I did it. So I think that’s probably why. Any chance of using pull ups when out? It does get better so hang in there
