Looking for advice please 🙏🏽

My almost 3 year old will be starting nursery in September. He will be doing 3 full days. I haven't yet potty trained him but will be starting soon. He passes stool 3-4 times a day and it is always mushy texture (SORRY TMI) due to his allergies. I'm worried about how he will manage this during nursery? He atleast needs to go twice just during the morning.

I think you'll need to talk to your nursery and you will probably need to provide them with a doctor's note or diagnosis letter. Most nurseries will send children home if they do more than one non-solid poo and then they need to stay off for 24-48 hours so you will need them to understand from day 1 that this is normal for your child.
