My boy turned 3 last week. He uses the potty well at home and will never poo in his pants or pull up.
Wee is touch and go if he is naked he will use potty but if i put pants on him he will wee himself.

I want to keep him naked until he is trained fully but i have to work 3 days a week and he goes to nursery 8-4 on these days. He has to go in a pull up and it's confusing him

Does anyone have any idea what to do ?

I wouldn't switch between pants and pull ups as they are confusing.
Try him in loose trousers with no pants at home then progress to pants when he's got the hang of it.
For nursery you could try washable potty training pants, they feel like proper underwear rather than nappies but will absorb wee if he has an accident.
Nursery should be working with you on this though, prompting him to use the potty/toilet regularly.

these aren't available where i am and if not fully trained the nursery won't take him without a pull-up on
