Potty Training Day 2

Hello!

I started potty training yesterday my DD who is 3 next month.

Yesterday we had 4 accidents and one successful wee on the potty. This morning she has woken up full of cold and is tired from being up during the night coughing. She's had 4 accidents. When she started to wee earlier on, I said to her let's finish your wee on the potty and she said no and became distressed.

Would you carry on with the potty training? She doesn't seem to say when she's wee'd even if it's in her pants.

I don't want to be giving her mixed messages.

Thanks for readingSmile

My 3 year old I've just let her keep nappy off all day bought her favourite character pants and encouraged her to just go and bring potty empty it unless it's a poo we had 2 accidents over 5 days n now she's holding it in and going. I think the pressure is there but you just need to be consistent and make a massive deal over a wee jump around like a happy maniac also ask if she or he wants to sit in the toilet whilst you both go lol I know it sounds scusting but trust me it works all the best
