Holding wee while outside

Hello! DD is 26 months. We did total commando during half term and it went really well (both wees and poos and DD told us when a wee is coming).

I know it's very different when outside of the house, and this is our first time doing it so just wanted to check what's normal! She had a class yesterday morning and didn't do anything on the potty (offered lots/sat on it - nothing), nothing in the car, nipped to the supermarket on the way home and despite being offered the potty frequently she ended up having an accident. She's back at nursery today and has done the same thing - nothing all morning, then a big wee in her pants.

Is this normal? Do we carry on (as this is learning in a different environment and it's only really day 2 of doing it outside the house) or is that risking her holding it constantly? Don't want her to make herself ill!

Thank you 😊
