I'm on the second morning of potty training my 24mo. She's showed lots of readiness signs, she hates her nappies, and we've done some elimination communication since she was a baby so she knows what the potty is and has used it before.

We're doing the oh crap method where you have them naked at home for days and move them to potty whenever they go. We've got a potty book that she loves reading and she likes to put her baby doll on the potty, but she hates using it herself.

When she goes I'll calmly move her to the potty and say 'wee goes in the potty' and she cries 'no potty! No potty!!' And hates it. I'm not sure what to do. Do I stop? She absolutely refuses to wear nappies, but hates the potty. Luckily she doesn't mind when it's a poo, but she just wants to wee on the floor!

I would honestly stop for a bit. Maybe re visit in a month?
My son was just over 2 and a half and honestly it was sooo easy. He did it in 3 days. Dry day and night. He had a withholding issue before potty training and it sorted that out too.
I wouldn't stress about it if she's only just 2. X

Stop it, then start again in the month and use the toilet, and a traditional method, not having a potty on hand, they need to be able communicate they need the toilet, and each time they need to have their hands washed in running water.
