Nursery vs home - what am I doing wrong?

We started potty training our 2y9m old a week ago - completely unprompted, she just woke up and asked to use the potty and we’ve been rolling with it ever since.

Shes absolutely smashing it at nursery - the last 3 days I’ve collected her and she’s had 0-1 accidents all day. They have set toileting/nappy change times during the day and she’ll use the potty then, and then inbetween if she needs it she’ll tell an adult.

At home is a different story altogether. She will not let me know she needs to go, she’ll just start weeing and then say she needs a wee. She absolutely refuses to go anywhere near the potty unless she is absolutely bursting, and even then she’ll only sit on it for a second before jumping up again.

I've tried doing a schedule, bare bummed, sticker charts etc but she just gets so stressed and upset. I’ve been very relaxed about accidents and just told her accidents happen and it’s OK, but now she’ll just wee on the floor and be like ‘it’s okay mummy’ and toddle off 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. If she wasn’t doing so well at nursery I’d just put her back in nappies and wait a bit longer, but the fact that she’s doing so well there makes me think I shouldn’t.
