Night pants for 5 year old

5 yr old wears pull ups in bed but is there anything that he could wear that's reusable instead? I'm thinking night time cloth nappy type things. We cosleep in a king sized bed so any accidents result in a lot of laundry

peejamas, expensive but well worth it as even the older child will wear as they look like shorts.
