My daughter is very switched on, speaks very well and is fully aware what the potty/ toilet is for. She's nearly 2 and we've got a new baby coming in a few months so I'd love to have her out of nappies before then. She sits on the potty and says weewee and poopoo and she'll sit her toys on it too but she's yet to actually do anything on it. I really don't want to push her too hard and scare her off it completely. Anyone else had any successful potty training methods for a nearly 2 year old? She'll also often tell me when she's weeing or pooping in her nappy too.
