Trying to train my little girl, I'm finding it a lot more challenging that my little boy (I know all children are different)

As we are on half term and the weather is rubbish we've been trying to train, we've been allowing her to have her nappy of around the house

She has done a few wees and poos and is so excited when she has- she likes to flush both down the toilet and say bye bye
But I am finding it difficult to get her to do most of them on the potty, she obviously doesn't sit still for long, and ends up weeing / pooing on the floor and then telling me she's done it, I've also noticed she holds it

(she will walk around saying wee wee with her hand down there, but then refuses to sit on the pot)

She will sometimes sit on the pot for a while, but then do nothing, but she them gets up and hides to do wee/ poo so she definitely knows what she's doing

Any advice appreciated!!

Sorry no advice but I’m going through the exact same with my DS at the mo! He had so many accidents today, just little bits of wee each time as I think he was trying to hold it. But refuses point blank to sit on the potty! Have you had any progress the past few days since you posted? I’m currently on day 3 and exhausted from cleaning up accidents all day!

straight to the toilet? Get a seat and bypass the potty altogether.

@toomanytonotice I do have one of the little seats that go on the toilet so I may try this! I do remember my mum telling me I refused to sit on potty but toilet worked straight away for me
