Weird poo

I'm not a poo troll. Didn't know where was best to post this. My toddler sometimes says he needs a poo. Fine. He goes on the potty and sometimes a tiny bit of poo comes out but then also some clear liquid. It doesn't happen everyday or everytime. But today it was like bubbles, almost like froth that came out. What the hell is it?? Any ideas? He hasn't been unwell.

Constipation can sometimes still be an issue when someone is regular. Further up, not emptying completely

The liquid can be when it is forced past a blockage further up
