Accidents having been dry for months

DD 2.5 decided she wanted to potty train last summer - pretty much completely at her own instigation. She got the hang of it with wees pretty much straight away, but poos are still in a nappy but I'm not worried about that.

Very quickly she was dry when at home with me. Very rare for her to have an accident. She would have the occasional accident at nursery, but I put that down to being distracted/not wanting to stop playing.

But in the last week or so she's been having wee accidents at home, and loads more at nursery. At home I was calm and didn't react etc, but I did ask her why she didn't use the potty. She couldn't answer.

Nursery now seem to vaguely be suggesting something is wrong, but not saying anything constructive.

DD has been more anxious recently, and has been a bit upset at drop off.

Does anyone have any experience? Is it a phase?

Is she coming down with something? My two had more accidents just before a dose of the bug of the month.

She did have an ear infection a couple of weeks ago. She was seen at the end of it, and we were told it had cleared up although she still doesn't seem herself. She did say this morning her tummy felt wobbly. Maybe she is cooking something up.

It has been a good week/10 days of accidents though which seems quite a long time
