Transition to Knickers

My (just) 3yo DD will use the potty when not wearing a nappy or knickers. She doesn’t say she needs and just goes off and does it. When we put her in knickers though, we have to constantly remind her to go and actively put her on the potty or she will just go in her knickers. We’ve tried explaining it to her but it’s not making a difference yet. We are having to put her in a pull up for going out and pre-school otherwise she just won’t use a potty or toilet.

Any tips for wearing knickers and still remembering to use the potty?

Just go for it, stop messing around with pull-ups its more confusing

She'll be accidents but will get there in the end

We’re trying that at home. She gets upset when we put the knickers on her.
