just needing some advice on what I could do with my 3.5year old on toilet training . It’s been a bit hard recently as she isn’t talking loads only knows how to count really and says a few little words so can’t communicate properly .

Everytime I do put her on the toilet with her toilet seat she is never wanting too sit down on it where I have too hold her on sometimes and I thought she would have been ready as every time she does want to go toilet she will do a wee in her nappy then take it off straight away trying too hand me another nappy to put on or she will take her nappy off then quickly run off too do it on the floor .

Its so fustrating too because a lot of the nurseries near me too all say they need too be toilet trained 😬

If you are holding her on that’s not likely to make her feel relaxed or want to go on the toilet. Maybe try a different training seat? You can get padded ones.

You could try pull ups instead of nappies. Buy some “ big girl “ knickers with a favourite character on.
Remind her to go regularly and to help her sit have a toy or book to hold/ look at ( maybe washable)

One problem is often nappies are so absorbent that children don’t know they are wet. Your child does seem to.
When out and about she could wear knickers with pull ups over the top.

You could get books to share with her about going to the toilet.
Sounds like she could do with being in Nursery to help her development. Has she been referred to Speech and Language Therapy?
You could also ask your Health Visitor for advice.
