Boxer nappies...

Is this a a thing? My ds has been toilet trained for a year and has now decided that he's just going to do it in his pants.

I've tried everything and suggested that perhaps we are going to have to go back to nappies. This triggered a massive meltdown and point blank refusal. I even tried to put them on and he ripped them off as he's used to wearing boxers.

Explaining doesn't make any difference, no issues as he has been to the GP. Pretty sure it's just laziness.

Does anyone know of any incontinence boxers? Perhaps this would stop the countless pants I'm having to wash.

Any advice welcome.

Patience and washing machine method perhaps? I dunnhow old is he?

How old is he?
Unless there are some specific issues that might cause this behaviour I’m not sure that sticking him back into nappies is going to be helpful in the long term.
Back to potty training methods?
It really does depend on age really.

How old is he? Early trained children often revert.
If he's been clean for a year and not needed you to remind him I wouldn't go back. Has anything changed in his life? (Sibling, school, talk of going up to reception) is he drinking sugar free juice (often stimulates the bladder)
Do you get him to take off wet clothes etc making as little fuss as possible?
