I’m planning on starting training my 2.8 month old this weekend, he’s can be very stubborn and had a nightmare with his tantrums recently but this week he’s asked to sit on his potty with his nappy off 3 times this week and eagerly awaited something to come in his potty! Unfortunately nothing but think we need to go with this keenness.
I just don’t know how you’re meant to make them go, he has been sitting there for 20 mins a time previously but nothing. How often and how long do people advise getting them to sit on it? Is it just luck if you time it right at a time they need to go? I just don’t get how they learn to hold it and go to the potty rather it just come out! Sorry feeling very unprepared!
