Toddler nervous to go on potty?

We’re at the start of day two of potty training my 26m old DD and she’s doing great - a few wees on the potty yesterday (many not on it, too, of course) and again this morning but she seems to get stage fright a lot of the time, too. She’ll tell me she needs a wee wee and go to the potty, sit on it then seemingly get nervous/scared and will just say ‘no no’ and get off before, a minute later, going back on it and trying again. Just now, she did like half a wee on the potty, did the whole trying to do some more on and off the potty for about 10mins then ended up doing a huge wee on the floor.
Is this normal? How can I help her? She genuinely seems to want to go but panics and won’t sit there long enough to really try. I’ve tried giving her toys/books/tv to keep her on there as well as sitting on the toilet myself while she’s on the potty but nothing works 🤷🏻‍♀️ Aware it’s early so she might just start to do it but I feel clueless!
Thank you x
