no idea what I’m doing 😂 please help!
- Nearly all wee’s are in potty. Only two wee accidents in 3 days.
- However she won’t poo on potty, but will happily sit and finish it on potty if guided to it.
- I’m concerned she doesn’t tell me when she needs a wee, she just takes herself off to potty and does it. Which is fine when naked in the house but what about when I introduce trousers or take her out somewhere. She didn’t remember to lift her dress up today so I expect she will just sit on potty and wee without taking her trousers down unless I’m right there. Does this mean she’s not ready?
We did day one and two naked and day three no underwear under dress. She has shown an interest for months now, talking about it and role playing on the toilet. She asked for knickers and says no to nappies. She was so excited to go on the potty.
I thought I’d start potty training and it would be really obvious that she was either ready or not, but I feel like we’re just in this limbo? Do I give it a bit longer or does it not seem like she’s ready?
She’d be devastated to go back to nappies, especially as wee’s are all in potty no issue, but the poo and clothing issue I’m not sure how to tackle.
