Nothing happening apart from v occasionally

Please help, my 30 month old will sit on potty for ages if I say to her to go for a journey wee if we’re going somewhere, night time wee if it’s bed time or before meals wee/potty time. But sometimes she will sit for ages and nothing happens then as soon as a nappy is on she does it. I’ve put her in knickers once or twice put just has accidents constantly in them. Then won’t let me change her as she gets a sore botty then.
feeling utterly useless and failing. Any help advice gratefully appreciated. Thank you 😊 xx

Wait 3 months and try again, she's not ready.
Honestly I tried to PT both of mine at about 30 months, didn't work. I tried again a few months later and Bingo, they caught on straight away.

30 months is nothing. Try again in a few months.

She's not ready, wait and try again in a couple of months.

Another one saying not ready. Give it another couple of months and try again.
