Day one of potty training DD she's 2yrs and 3 months. I was so convinced she was ready, she was having longer dry periods and wanting to watch me in the bathroom, showing interest in how it all works, telling us when she needs a change (sometimes) Now I'm really not sure... To be clear I was absolutely expecting a lot of accidents today BUT
It's so often! And such a tiny amount of wee each time. I'll get her to sit on the potty for 5mins and in that time she'll do a tiny wee which I reward her for. Then 5 mins later she'll leak a small amount in her pants so it's back to the potty. Another small wee... reward...another small leak... back to the potty.. rinse repeat. So my question is: is this a normal part of learning bladder control or have I started this way too soon and she's just not ready?
