Potty training in general

Grandaughter now 3 years 7 months.
Myself and the wife, the parents, began giving this a good go 2 months ago.
We are going well now.
I think the best thing we did was watch the WITH HER the american potty time/it's potty time videos on YouTube.

Update on my previous post:
We are going well with the wees on the new toilet (one of those that is a smaller version of the real thing), she asks or just gets on herself now.
Not good with the poos, her mum tells me it is a confidence thing.
If anyone could offer advice here I would be grateful.

We're trying to crack this too now but really struggling.

Two accidents yesterday morning, but great all day until around 6pm, had another accident then had a big wee before bedtime.

This morning, sane fight to not put his nappy on, I think he likes the feel of his nappy maybe? When I put his trunks on he's fine it's just getting them on him.

Also looking for advice! Son is 2.5 years.
