18 month old screams when nappy put on

First time today, tried to put a nappy on in the morning and he was a bit funny. Fine, laughed a bit and was fine. Fine for all nappy changes today.

Suddenly after bathtime And he has been screaming hysterically
For 30 mins. I actually took it off in the beginning as I was worried perhaps it was his Willy hurting and I wanted to see if he stopped. As soon as nappy was off he was fine. Nappy back on and screaming screaming screaming.

HELP!!!!!

Babies are funny creatures, see what happens tomorrow, it might just be a funny thing today.

I suppose the more worrying line of thought is he at nursery? Is possible that there might be anything happening there around nappy changes that might give you cause for concern?

Maybe he’s too hot for a nappy right after bath time? They are pretty uncomfortable plastic bags when you think about it. Try going bare bum for a little bit right after bath time until he has cooled off.
