Potty training regression

Hi all. My LO is 3 and has been potty trained for a while. Potty training was a breeze and she took to it really well - she used to hate having accidents so I think that always made her very vigilant. Anyway about 3 weeks ago we noticed that she was having frequent accidents. We are now at the stage where she has more accidents than not…even today she’s had 4 accidents. It’s so out of character. The only change she has experienced is moving rooms in nursery but that was only for a few days before she then broke up for Christmas. Just wondering how long this might last and whether I should do anything? I read somewhere that regressions should only last 1-2 weeks. Should I speak to the doctor? I’ve tried positive reinforcement etc but it’s like she’s completely forgot what to do! I constantly ask her if she needs the loo - she’ll say no and then 2 mins later she wets herself. Should also say all accidents are wees - she never poos herself. Thanks!
