Hi 👋my DS age 2 years 8 months has been showing signs of being ready for a little while (telling me when nappy need changing etc) We didn't try properly until yesterday, we got 1 wee and 1 poo in toilet and several wees on the floor. Today he hasn't done anything in the potty yet and 1 accident on the floor. Is this going okay do you think?
He refuses to wear pants, id prefer underwear on him because it's easier to see if he has an accident but he won't have them on (he only likes a specific nappy with a certain picture on too! Refuses to wear them if different) So not sure what to do about that 🤔 he's less willing to sit on the toilet today. Also yesterday, when he had an accident he cried as was upset it went on the floor (he ran to bathroom once which was great he knew where to go) but today he wasn't upset when he weed on floor so feel like it's gone backwards. Any advice?
