Best potty training method

My son is 3 in September. I know he knows what wees and poos are abs had occasionally used the potty or toilet.

I want to try again after I've left it a little while but I'm starting to wonder if it's me 😂

What do you mean if it’s you? Have you tried before?

I don’t think there is a best method. The oh crap method is very popular and it worked really well with DD1 but it’s taking longer with DD2. I imagine all the current methods are new ish but I don’t know any physically able adults my age in nappies so our parents managed to potty train without them.
