Washable nighttime pants?

My 5 year old is wet 1/5 mornings. The disposable night time pants seem so wasteful but at the same time I don't want to be doing a total bed change at 5 am...... any recommendations of night time pants that are washable? The child is 5.

Not pants but I saw some sort of washable skirt thing advertised on Facebook to catch occasional sleep accidents - worn over pjs or whatever so they’d need washing still but it would save the bedsheets. Can’t remember the name I’m afraid

Motherease do a reusable nighttime pull-up style nappy, the 'bedwetter' and Close Parent do nighttime 'trainer pants'. If it's not a huge amount of wee, I think the Close Parent ones are a lot closer to normal pants (and cheaper!), but I haven't actually used either.
