Withholding poo

My 3 year old has been pull up free for a week now. She wees fine on the potty but is withholding poo to the point she has a stomach ache.
She's done 2 this week but only when she's been desperate and after a lot of coaxing.

She's currently crying her eyes out about it.
Any advice?

Poo witholding is difficult. It's probably best to keep him on a laxative like lactulose or movicol until he overcomes this.
