Potty train regression

Dd has been fully trained for about 2/1.5months
Dry at night / naps, never any accidents at Nursey or grandparents home.
However has decided she's going to just piss anywhere when she's at home. I've started asking her regularly again But it's seems to be clearly behavioural over ability.

I've spoke to her calmly... maybe not as calmly
Ignore it all together 🤷‍♀️
But no changes

There's been no changes or anything new to her life. I'm at a loss

She's 2.5 btw

Was she trained quite young? Lots of my friends whose children trained early have just had several regressions whereas those who waited a bit longer haven’t. As a guess, I wonder whether it’s due to developmental leaps or if it’s because it stops being such a novel new thing with lots of praise.

Also have you ruled out a uti, worms and vulvovaginitis?

She was trained a few months ago

I did think potentially uti but she's used the toilet in Nursey wens and Friday no "accidents"
But when home today and thurs peed on the floor
