Maybe because she’s excited/nervous about Santa coming? I have tried to reassure her but it’s happened every night this week after being dry at night for months.
Anyone else had this in the lead up to Christmas? Any advice welcome. She’s 3.

Has she been having lots of cordial (especially blackcurrent based) or chocolate recently?

Both can irritate the bladder and cause bed wetting.

I was a Ribena junkie as a kid and was in nappies at night until later than I care to admit because my parents never made the connection.

Both my DD’s were in DryNites until the eldest was 11 and someone suggested to me cutting out blackcurrent juice and aspartame based sweetness.

Both stopped almost overnight. It was like a miracle cure.

Otherwise it could just be the excitement. At 3 most children aren’t dry at night anyway.

Could be worms! They can also cause bed wetting
