Wee is red

Has anyone elses toddlers ever had blood in their wee and it's been nothing serious, I'm so worried. My little girl who is nearly 3 went on the potty this morning and her wee is bright red. Doctor is ringing me at 9 but I wondered if anyone else had experienced it?

Probably a UTI, is she showing any signs of pain when weeing? GP will ask for a sample and will test for infection. Poor little thing, my dd gets a lot of UTI’s.

Thank you everyone, it's being treated as a UTI and they've sent her urine off, she's got tummy ache x
