Toilet seats for a large toddler

Hello, my 25m old is really large for his size, more like a 4/5 year old, and we’re struggling to find a toilet trainer seat with a hole in the middle large enough for him to use. We currently have the baby bjorn one which he can sit on comfortably but because of his chubby legs he pretty much covers up all of the hole and ends up weeing out of the toilet. He’s still too small to use the toilet without any insert at all though. Has anyone else been in a similar situation and found a product that works?

Thank you!

We had a family loo seat for a few years; you change your normal seat for one with a toddler sized mini seat in the middle. I don’t know why more people don’t use them, I think they are brilliant, and quicker than toddler having to put their seat on the loo

We didn't bother, my girls used the normal loo seat from the start and they were tiny too,

If he’s too big for the toddler seat then he’s probably fine to use a normal seat and just hold onto the sides. Also they tend to wee out of the front no matter what seat they use until they learn how to position themselves properly!

My ds1 just used the regular seat from the beginning. We had an ikea step so he could step up to it. We got a training seat for ds2 but tbh it was a pain to have to keep putting it on for him when really he could just use the regular seat.
