Toilet trained my DS who is 3 next month.
Went bare bum and he caught in in about a week. We’re in about week three now and he’s had one accident during a tantrum so pretty good.
My question is: he isn’t actually asking to go to the toilet, should he be? Have I trained wrong? When he starts dancing about or sort of grabbing at his bits then I take him to the toilet and he goes. I put him on before we go out and when we get back and he normally manages a wee or certainly sits long enough to try. But he never actually asks to go, so I’m wondering if I’ve cocked it up before we’ve even got going. Will this just come in time?
