Ds 2.10. Trained him 3 weeks ago. Was dry for 2 weeks and doing very well wee wise , although still using nappies and bath for pooing! Then , last Friday, he wouldn't wee on potty. And now he hasn't weed on potty for 6 days. Don't get why as obviously no changes in routine. He simply doesn't seem able to get a wee out on potty / loo now and holds it and then does enormous wees on carpet/sofa...... Aaagh.

Any tips? If I was at the beginning I would give up. But as he did 2 weeks dry, I can't bear the thought. Have been bribing him , ignoring accidents etc.

Any glimmers of hope before I throw in the towel? Any positive wee bounce back stories?! Got kate bush singing don't give up going around my head. But I've run out of antibacterial spray and run out of niceness......

Let him go naked outside if you can, msybe he’s just a bit stressed by it all?

Carry on ignoring accidents but introduce a star chart for him? Stick it on the wall in the toilet, a star every time he goes with some form of treat when he gets to a certain number.

I've been dangling treats galore in front of him... I just don't get the sudden complete turn around. Literally overnight.
