To potty train, or not to potty train

Hello!
My little girl is 18months (nearly 19months) old and has been known to do a wee or poo on the potty if I put her on it.
But she's got to the point now where she will tell me if she's done a wee or a poo (not quite at the point of telling me she's going to do one). Should I use this isolation time to potty train her? Is she ready? How do I do it???
I'm pregnant with my second baby due in sept so would be such a dream to have her potty trained so I only have to deal with one child in nappies but is it too early?
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
