Keeps having accidents getting worse

My 3 year old has been potty trained for 6 months but keeps on wetting his self definitely got worse since we've all had to stay home! He will leave it till the last second to wee to the points he's jumping around trying to pull his pants down by then it's to late or if we haven't seen him go to they toilet he will stay in wet pants and when asked he blames it on someone else 🙄.

He hasn't really don't many poos on the toilet or potty and would go in nighttime nappy but is now dry at night and I've just got rid off the last packet.

Now he's going in his pants during the day I have been trying to get him to sit on the potty when I know he's about to go but he just screams. We have a huge problem with our 5 year old son who will not poo for weeks and I really don't want to be going through it again.

Any help with been much appreciated

Have you tried just taking him to the toilet at regular intervals and getting him to go? Reward chart? Chocolate buttons got my eldest pooing in the toilet after a couple of weeks of doing it in her pants every day.

Have been asking if he needs the toilet when he's jumping about but he will say no, reward charts don't work have tried them for many other things
