Toddle having accidents only at creche

My DS is 2.5 he's been toilet trained since September and has been absolutely brilliant. No accidents at home out and about or at creche.
Myself and DH recently went away for a long weekend and left DS and DD at home.
Since we have been back DS has been extremely clingy which I'm not surprised at but he has also been having wee accidents every day in creche.
This is so out of character for him.
Any advice?

Talk it through with him, explain you'll always come back, have a mop handy!

They have potty training regressions when something unsettles them, just stick it out.

And count yourself lucky you've not had many accidents so far

I have been telling him that I'm not leaving him. He's had a very busy month.
I went away and came back and we have also stopped his dummy. Poor little thing! Maybe just doing too much at once with him.
