Childminder keeps putting 2.5yr old in pull ups

I’m wondering if my expectations of my childminder are a bit off here so would appreciate any thoughts.

We potty trained our 2.5yr old in September. He took to it really well and since October he has had less than a handful of wee accidents at home (no poo accidents at all). He asks to go to the toilet himself and can hold it if we are out until we find a toilet.

Issue is, he goes to CM two days each week and every week without fail he has an accident there. When I picked him up today they told me he needed a change of clothes as he did a wee but when I got home my DS told me he did a poo in a pull up. I don’t send him with any so asked CM if he’d also had a poo accident. Turns out she sometimes puts him in pull ups when he is there!

So in my mind, no wonder he is confused and having accidents there. What would you do? We had a chat right at the start of potty training saying that we didn’t want him in pull ups as it was confusing.

I'd be telling her he's not to go in pull ups, she sounds lazy. I mean different if he's peed himself several times in a short period and she's running out of spare clothes.

I'd be really annoyed to be honest did u ask her why she is doing that?

I wonder if she's not responding to his requests for the toilet, causing him to wet himself?

I would also be very clear, no pull ups. I’d do in writing my email.
My son had more accidents at nursery because he was too busy playing and ignored needing to go/ genuinely was oblivious. I sent him with 3-4 changes for a whole day there. It sorted itself out in time-she could help by prompting him.

I'd be getting her to remind him 'do you need the toilet' every 30mins.
It seems lazy to use pull ups.

She is otherwise fantastic and couldn’t fault her to be honest. I just wondered if my expectations were a bit off but it seems not. Will have another chat about it.

I’d send more clothes and pants that are really easy for him to pull down himself . Grandson aged three wasn’t quite managing to access the loo in time due to regulation Nursery grey trousers .
