My 2 almost three year old decided 4 weeks ago she no longer wanted to wear nappies and she wants to wear big girl pants. But she just isn't getting it keeps weeing and pooing in her pants some times she will say I need a wee but mostly not she never says I want a poo!
I've suggested we put nappies back on but she gets really angry and only wants to wear pants but I'm struggling here I'm nearly 38 weeks pregnant and the constant cleaning up is taking its toll I sadly lost my patience today and told her off 😢 which I know won't help but honestly its so hard to know what to do.
Nursery are trying to help but Monday she had 8 changes of clothes I don't think this is a type of regression as she hasn't progressed enough to regress. Some days are brilliant but they are all prompted or timed gaps.
Also she now makes a fuss about her night time nappy and also wants pants then too but that will generate more washing than I can cope with.
What should I do here as I know she isn't quite ready although she thinks she is and my husband thinks we should carry on trying but he isn't dealing with the repeated accidents. Any advice appreciated
