So annoyed, advice please

I guess I just want a bit of reassuring. My daughter has been in knickers since July and very rarely has accidents. We had a blip a couple of months in after being completely dry which I know is to be accepted. However for some reason at nursery she seems to have an accident every day. I understand she can get busy as such like but it's just not like her after being dry for nearly 5months. My ml has said I should put her back in nappies and get down off my high horse! I'm fuming! I don't wish to fall out with ml but I'm so cross! The blip we had was when she herself put her in nappies when at hers for daycare after I asked her not to. It took 3 days to get my lo dry again and to realise she was in knickers. I feel like everything I have done bringing up my daughter ml has disapproved of or called me out on. What would you guys suggest I do? Say to nursery and ml. Sorry to moan and thank you in advance.
