Waiting to poo in her nappy at night!!!!

Advice gratefully received.
Started potty training dd about a week ago.

We seem to be going well on the wee front with her actually taking herself to the potty when she needs to go and only wanting us to turn the light on for her.
Poos are a different matter with only one in the potty so far right at the start and from then 2 in her pants (one at nursery) and then for the last two nights in her nappy when she goes to bed.
We keep saying to her that she can poo in her potty but no joy. Have tried reading, television, stickers etc but she just doesn't want to go.
I'm a bit concerned as she is prone to constipation .
She's 2.2 yrs and I was going to leave training until a bit later but she seemed ready. Could she be a bit too young?
I don't want to put her into pull ups as this seems a bit of a backward step as she's doing so well on the wee front.
should I just run with the night time dirty nappies or is there something I'm not doing to encourage her using the potty to poo?
Also should we stop trying to get her to poo when she potty as could this be making it into an issue for her?

No advice but I'm in exactly the same situation and came on to this board looking for inspiration.

DS is waiting until bath time and doing his poo in the bath which I think is a sure sign he's holding it in. He's only done this once before but in this first week of potty training it's happened 3 times.

I'm also loathed to go backwards as he's done so well with pees and hasn't had any accidents for days now. Happy to do it in the potty and likes to give it a good look. 😬

I'm going to look at an app and see if that helps as the books and encouragement aren't working.

We had a similar thing with our little one asking to have a nappy on when she needed a poo. She would sit on the potty but because poos don't always happen instantantly gave up. We encouraged her to practice just sitting in the potty and explained to her that she didn't used to be able able to ride her scooter but now she can because she practiced and that seemed to get through to her.

There is also an app called 'Poo goes to pooland' (which is risiculous) but seemed the get through to her! It's quite common for poos to take three weeks or so longer than wees.
