Nappy pants

Can I just ask...my little girl has just started wearing pull ups which she calls nappy pants but her nursery have said that they only provide nappies not pull ups! Is this normal? Do other nurseries? TIA

I absolutely will but was just wondering as they advertise one of the benefits of their nursery is that these things are provided as part of the charges.
