Lined absorbant underwear sized for 7/8yo?

My oldest has had a diagnosed bladder issue since he was ~3. He's been on medication which has helped and he's been dry during the day for a long time.

Nights have been more of a struggle. His Urologist isn't concerned, but his mum & I think he's gotten so used to having pull-ups that he doesn't even bother trying to get up and go to the loo at night (as evidenced by him sometimes being wet before he even goes to sleep).

We're looking at trying bed pads and I'd like to get a few cloth "Training Pants" that have a PUL liner to attempt to keep the sheets dry but I can't find anything in the UK sized for a 7-8yo (60cm waist). They seem to stop around 4yo and he's too small for adult sized.

Does anyone know of a UK source of absorbent underwear with a PUL or similar liner sized for 7yos?

Have you considered just putting normal pants on before the pull up so he would get the feeling of being wet as well as the protection??

SleepIsMySuperPower1: Thanks for the link. Those are very pricey though...

ILoveTrees30: No, we hadn't. I think we may try that route.
