Movicol for constipation

Hi
I was just wondering if anyone has used Movicol for their child.
My child is 41/2 and up till about may she was dry thought night for a year and half. She then started wetting bed every night.
Recently she has started wetting thought the day.
I took her to drs and they think she is constipated and that is causing her to have accidents.
They will be starting her on Movicol.
Has anyone used this for their child? Did it help with day and night wetting? Doesn't anyone have an advice.
Thanks!

IS she constipated? Have you noticed whether she's pooing or not?

Lactulose is good .. have you tried this first ?!

I think she probably is a bit constipated. She does poo but only little pebbles (sorry 😜)

It's the drs that want to give her the movicol , I have just been trying to change her diet and get more liquids in her.
Can you get the lactulose over the counter?
Thanks

My DS has been on movicol for about a year now for constipation. Really helps. About to start potty training , not sure how that's going to go :/
