3.4 year old holding her wee

After numerous attempts at potty training and her being distressed we have waited.

Thought i'd try while had few days off. She is holding her wee till she physically cant, holding herself saying its coming. When she started earlier i managed to pick her up but she wouldnt sit.

Help! Should i put her back in nappies again??

try opening up a nappy and putting it inside the potty, or if that don't work get her sittign on the potty with the nappy on as the first step and slowly build up from there.
